I grew up in Volga, SD and graduated from Sioux Valley School in 1992.  I went to college at Dakota State University.  I graduated in 1996 with degrees in Elementary Education and Special Education with a K-12 computer endorsement. I started my career as a teacher assistant at Sioux Valley School in August of 1996.  Then in August of 1997, I started my teaching career.   In my fifteen years at Sioux Valley, I taught most grade levels from 1st grade through 6th grade. In August of 2012, I made a move to 3rd grade at Hillcrest School in Brookings, SD.  I actually student taught at Hillcrest School in the spring of 1996.  In June 2014, I made another move to Camelot School due to Hillcrest running out of space for 3rd Grade!  I loved Camelot so much that I decided to stay.  This is my second year teaching enrichment 4th - 8th, and I am loving the challenge of this new position.

After college graduation, I married my husband, Aaron, in August of 1996.  My husband and I started our own business, Stoltenberg Homes, in November of 2009.  We have one son named Brennan.  He works for Stoltenberg Homes.  Our daughter, Tessa, just graduated from BHS and is now a freshmen at SDSU.  She loves FCCLA, singing, her dogs, Stella and Willow, and most of all her friends.  Our youngest is Berkley, and she is a 6th grader at MMS.  She loves her dogs, Stella and Willow, soccer, and her friends.
