    Due Dates:

Assignments are due at the beginning of the class period.   Students will be expected to come to class with all needed materials.  Students will not be given permission to retrieve forgotten assignments from their locker.  As I expect my students to be prepared when they walk through my door, I will strive to set a good example through my preparation for classroom instruction and discussion.

    Absences/ Late Work:

    • Should a student be absent from class (excused), the student will receive 1-2 days for each day missed to complete assignments provided the student asks Mrs. Bothun for those materials the day they return.

    • Should a student not visit with Mrs. Bothun to obtain the missed materials, the timeline will still progress.

    • If a student does not turn an assignment in on-time, at the beginning of the class period, the student will receive a 20% reduction in their final assignment grade should they turn the assignment to Mrs. Bothun within two additional class periods.

    • Should the assignment not be given to Mrs. Bothun within this time period, zero credit will be given for the assignment.

    Assignment Credit:

To receive full credit for completed assignments which are turned in on-time, all of the following criteria must be met.

    1. First and last name written on the top of the assignment
    2. Date written on the top of the assignment
    3. Class period written on the top of the assignment
    4. Assignment placed in the correct period’s inbox

    1. First and last name written on the top of the assignment
    2. Date written on the top of the assignment
    3. Class period written on the top of the assignment
