Payment Options

  • The Child Nutrition Department accepts the following methods of payment for funds to be applied to a family's meal account.  Please note all accounts are family accounts therefore, if a family has more than one child in the district, a payment only needs to be applied to one student and everyone in the family will draw off of the same balance.

    1. Online through E-funds with a credit or debit card

      Efunds is used to make online payments.  If you would like to make online payments, an account can be created through Efunds.  Once an account is created a student can be linked to your account using their five digit student number, first name, and last name. 
      A student's five digit ID number is the their ID number found on Infinite Campus or you may contact the Child Nutrition office at 605-696-4713.
      **If you have more than one child in the district, a payment only needs to be made to one child.  If separate payments are made to each child, there will be additional transaction fees for each child.  
    2. At a child's school by check or cash
    3. At the District Administration Office by check or cash
  • Low Balance Notifications
    All families with a balance of $20 or less will receive notifications which may include one or more of the following methods:

        1) Email
        2) Text Messages
        3) Written Communication
        4) Phone Calls
