Department Overview

  • Intermediate school years are vital for developing the knowledge, attitudes and skills necessary for young children to become healthy, competent and confident learners. Our roles as a professional School Counselor are to facilitate these goals. Through a comprehensive developmental school counseling program, we work as a team with our school staff, parents and the students to create a positive learning environment. We believe that by providing education, prevention, early identification and intervention, school counselors can help assist all children achieve academic success.
