Welcome Back, Bobcat Families!
Happy New Year! We hope you had a wonderful winter break and are ready to jump into 2026 with us. January brings a fresh start and exciting opportunities for our Bobcat community!
This month, we're introducing an important update to our behavior expectations system. We've refined our approach to be more supportive and collaborative, implementing a progressive response system that provides increasing levels of support when learners need it. This thoughtful, team-based approach ensures every Bobcat receives the guidance they need to succeed while maintaining clear expectations for all.
We're also launching a fun new attendance challenge, "Do You Want to Build a Snowman?"! During the 19 school days in January, classes can earn snowman pieces for achieving 100% attendance each day. We're excited to celebrate the 315 learners who achieved perfect attendance during our 12 Days of Perfect Attendance Challenge in December!
You'll find updates from our January Encore schedule, including what's happening in ACES, Music, Library, Art, and PE classes. We're also grateful to everyone who supported our PTA Holiday Store. Don't forget to mark your calendars for the PTA meeting on January 26th at 5 pm in the library and sign up to help with the Book Fair coming in February.
As we look ahead, please note that we return from Winter Break on Tuesday, January 6th. We do not have school on January 19, and Parent/Teacher Conferences are scheduled for February 10th and 12th, with no school on February 13th and 16th.
Thank you for partnering with us as we continue our Quest for Success. Together We Triumph!
