Athletic Physicals
• Physicals for '25-'26
- Are you ready! Our local Avera Medical Group-Brookings and Access Health is
working with the school to provide sports physicals (and more) for the 2025-26
seasons. All athletes in grades 7-12 need physicals before they can practice and
families have 4 options: 1) Contact Avera at 605-697-9500 for a Well-Child visit 2)
Contact Avera at 605-697-9500 for a standard athletic physical 3) Walk in to the
Avera Medical Group Brookings Facility for a $25, standard athletic physical
on Wednesday, May 28, 8:30 AM - 4:30 PM or Thursday, July 24, 8:30 AM - 4:30
PM 4) Complete a SDHSAA sports physical form with another medical professional
of your choice.
