At the Brookings School District Foundation, we are excited for the upcoming school year and cannot wait to celebrate all the things that make Brookings School District a special place! Thank you to everyone who was able to visit Hillcrest and share memories! We had an incredible outpouring of support from individuals who were able to repurpose some of the items from Hillcrest for their own use. The smiles and reminiscing filled the halls.
Hillcrest Elementary moves from current building to new construction by an incredible amount of team work from Hillcrest staff and community volunteers!
Happy last week of school everyone! Here is a reminder of our schedule this week:
Hillcrest and Medary's last day of school will be tomorrow 5/15/24 with a 2:22 pm dismissal.
The remaining schools have their last day on Friday 5/17/24 with a noon dismissal.
Graduation for our seniors will take place on Sunday 5/26/24 at 2:00 pm.

May 6-10 marks a very important week! It's Teacher Appreciation Week! Help us celebrate the Hillcrest Staff each day. We are fortunate to have such a dedicated and passionate group of individuals who dedicate their time to our students, families, and community.
