Alex Sogn, who is one of our 3rd-grade teachers, had her dad come to DP to celebrate St. Patrick’s Day by playing his bagpipes in the hallways. Jerry Cooley used his “indoor pipes,” and the music was beautiful.
While bagpipes are often associated with Scottish tradition, they are also an important part of Irish culture and are commonly featured in St. Patrick’s Day celebrations and parades.
