Project SEARCH

Project SEARCH is an innovative internship program for students aged 18–21 with disabilities who are ready to explore career opportunities and build valuable, transferable skills. In partnership with SDSU, this program provides a unique combination of classroom instruction and hands-on work experience.

Interns participate five days a week, learning employability skills in the classroom and gaining real-world experience through job rotations at SDSU. Each rotation lasts 10–12 weeks and is designed to match the intern’s strengths and abilities. Throughout the program, interns receive individualized support, including accommodations, adaptations, and on-the-job coaching to help them succeed.
