The Brookings School District is thrilled to welcome you to our Early Learning Program! We provide comprehensive preschool services for 4- and 5-year-old children, as well as before- and after-school care, available at all three of our elementary schools from 6:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.

Our Preschool Program offers full-day services on-site at the Brookings School District for $500 per month. Lunch and snacks are available for an additional cost. For extended care, the Boys & Girls Club provides Continued Education options before school (6:00 a.m.–8:00 a.m.) and after school (3:00 p.m.–6:00 p.m.) at the same site for an additional fee of $200.

To enroll in the Preschool Program, please complete the enrollment form below. Upon submission, a $100 deposit (cash or check) should be delivered to the Brookings School District Administration Office at 2130 8th Street South.

As the school year approaches, we will notify you of your child’s assigned school and teacher. Families will also be contacted to complete the district’s required online registration and to provide additional documentation, including a birth certificate, immunization records, and emergency contact information.

STEP 1: Complete Pre-Registration

As the school year approaches, we will notify you of your child’s assigned school and teacher. Families will also be contacted to complete the district’s required online registration and to provide additional documentation.
