We’re glad you’re here. At Brookings School District, we take great pride in offering a range of high-quality special education services designed to support learners from birth through age 21. Our goal is to ensure that every student receives the individualized support they need to thrive academically, socially, and emotionally.

Currently, we serve approximately 600 students across the district through a collaborative and compassionate team of professionals. This includes certified special education teachers, dedicated teaching assistants, speech-language pathologists, occupational and physical therapists, school psychologists, and behavior specialists—all working together to meet the diverse needs of our learners.
