25/26 School to School Transfer Request - FORM

*The Brookings School District provides a school-to-school transfer bus service to ensure safe and practical transportation for students who would otherwise have to walk a significant distance home. This service is intended for students without reasonable alternatives for getting home.

While we understand the convenience of having all children from the same family picked up at one location, using the transfer service for convenience can impact those who depend on it most.
