Participation in the Honors Ensembles is limited to the highest-rated young performers from around the world. Elizabeth earned her place through a competitive audition process, with selections made by the Honors Performance Series Selection Board. Her acceptance reflects the talent, dedication, and achievement demonstrated in her application and audition recording.
Elizabeth has studied music for 12 years and has been actively involved in a variety of ensembles. Her experiences include the South Dakota High School All-State Orchestra, South Dakota Middle School All-State Orchestra, Brookings High School Symphonic Orchestra, Brookings High School Strings Attached, and the Brookings High School Theater Pit Orchestra. In February 2026, she also participated in the JLW Honors Orchestra and the Dordt University Honors Orchestra.
As part of the Honors Performance Series, Elizabeth joined fellow musicians from across the United States and around the world for a special performance at the world-renowned Carnegie Hall.
