This form is for students who rides a bus from one school (or 5th Street Gym) to another school before or after school. This includes children of BSD employees. A separate form is required for each student.
This service is intended for students without other reasonable transportation options. Using it for convenience may limit access for students who rely on it.

Route Information
Information regarding transportation for the Great Afterschool Program (GAP) and Boys & Girls Club will be posted on the BSD Transportation page in early August.
In mid-August, families with registered “Outside City Limits and Bus 10” riders will receive an email with assigned bus numbers, stop locations, and transportation times.
Students who attend GAP or the Boys & Girls Club do not need to register separately for transportation. Families should communicate after-school plans with the student’s teacher.
The first day of school is Wednesday, August 26, 2026. This will be a full day of school, and regular Wednesday early dismissal does not apply.
For questions, please contact the Transportation Department at Nate.Loehr@k12.sd.us.
